Will you be available for my wedding?
We try our best to provide all services to all couples. However, we cannot guarantee availability, due to previous bookings and suggest that you book with us sooner than later. Once booked, we do guarantee availability.
How do I book you for my wedding?
Simple,
1. Check if we are available by filling out an inquiry form
2. Get to know us and see if we are the best fit for you
3. Sign a contract that safeguards both parties
4. Pay a 50% Deposit / The rest is due 30 days before your wedding
5. Sit back and relax because you've secured the bag lol
How do I provide payment?
We accept Credit cards, Debit, Zelle, Venmo, and Cash
How many videographers will there be?
This depends with the package you selected. Typically we recommend a minimum of 2 videographers, Why? Perspective angles, for e.g.. The First look, one of our creative team members will focus on bride while the other on the groom. Magic!
How will I get my video?
Digital Delivery through drobox. Even though we still have our first wedding from 2019 on there, we highly recommend you download a personal copy.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes, we do! Simply ask upon inquiring whether we are running any promotions. Military discount is 25% off all packages!
What happens if my videographer gets sick or becomes unavailable?
Great news, we've never canceled on a wedding due to sickness or anything. I guess you can say our reputation precedes us. In the event of sickness, another team member will always fill in.
